The Government Budgeting and Planning Specialists

Performa has been providing planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and group consolidation systems to the marketplace for 30 years.

Initially Performa concentrated on the corporate market and our customers include large and well-known companies like Sony, Lion, Vodacom, ING, Mirvac and Macquarie Bank. 

Moving into the Government sector 15 years ago, we realised that government budgeting was very different to corporate budgeting and was not supported at all well by the corporate performance management suites.  We found the incremental style of budget formulation through adjustments and new proposals within an outcome framework required substantial custom development. 

As a result of this experience, Performa created the BIDS product to meet government budgeting needs.

Meet Performa's Management Team

CTO and Solutions Director - Brian Rogers, has more than 25 years of experience providing Budgeting and Financial Performance Management solutions to some of the largest government and commercial organisations around the world.

CFO - Greg Ponych, has more than 20 years of government budgeting, performance management and financial planning experience gained through a number of roles at the Brisbane City Council, independent consulting and international speaking engagements.

International Sales Director - Raphael Gabay, with more than 30 years experience selling Budgeting and Planning Systems to largest government and commercial organisations across the world. He has a unique insight into the value these systems bring to organisations that adopt and effectively deploy these solutions.
